• Hi all,

Considereing purchasing Pro version of this plugin however, not sure that what I need to do is possible? Hoping someone can help.

I am wanting to allow users to book a free event to attend when they complete a Gravity Form. This would mean pre-populating a select (dropdown) with a list of the next 6 events using the Events Manager plugin – https://wp-events-plugin.com/

As part of the ‘submit’ process, this would need to 1) create a booking next to the correct event/date and 2) send gravity form based on GF notifications setup.

Haven’t been able to find any information about this. Wondering if anyone knows if this is possible / can point me in the right direction / can point me in a different direction / etc before I spend too much time trying to get this to work.

The documentation at GF indicates that I would be able to populate the dropdown but not sure that this would create a booking in Events Manager.

    hi,

    1. can you give us more details about this please?

    2. at the moment EM and not yet integrated with GF however this is already been requested (no eta yet at the moment) and might need custom coding on your part to make this work and maybe this link can help you out – https://wp-events-plugin.com/tutorials/

Sorry Angelo – didn’t get notice that had an answer.

I have WP Events Manager that has 2 categories of recurring webinars (need to add to categories later).

Within the form, I need 2 Select fields. Each select field will display a list of the next 4 events in a particular category. The list of events needs to use date/time/text, eg: (Tues 11th July – Perth Time) D jS F – ga – Perth Time. This should dynamically update, only future events shown.

When the form is submitted, some of the form data needs to be sent to Events Manager. This would be: first name, surname, email, telephone, event booked, maybe another text-based field.

So far have been able to get it show a list of events but only the post_title using the method here: https://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/article/dynamically-populating-drop-down-fields/

I need to be able to replicate this, so if we add a new category, I can add a new select field in the form and apply category filter or ID to it.
