Form is not submitting

    Hi,

    I had a form that was working perfectly fine. The I added an additional field to the form and updated the email that it sent and all of a sudden the form won’t submit. I just get the spinning icon next ot the submit button. Nothing is being saved to the backend either.

    I have tried creating a new form from scratch.

    I have also tried deactivating the Contact Forms 7 plugin and reactivating it. Still nothing.

    What could the problem be?

  • Try out doing a hard uninstall. Deactivate the plugin. Uninstall it, Delete any files from the plugin folder for it.

    Then reinstall and try it again.

    could be the common wordpress issue of it not realising a key file is missing.
