Subscribe/unsubscribe from profile page

Hi,

I’m currently using mailpoet plugin. However, I can’t find where as a user can I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter.

I know that there is an few options that allow one to subscribe and unsubscribe but only if they receive an email from the newsletter, so if they subscribe then unsubscribe and then subscribe once again, they won’t be able to do it.

So I would like to allow the user to subscribe or unsubscribe from his profile page. How can I do it ?
