How to let a non-admin user create an article

Hi,

I have installed a WP site, with
– “Twenty Fourteen” theme
– “User Role Editor” pluggin

One user has the “Editor” role
But the edtion forms don’t appear
Also there is no menu for creating a new article.

I suspect I missed some menu/widget settings…

Can someone help me ?
