Something error in this plugin

Hi, im using this Ad Inserter free version. My question is, why every Im logged in at my dashboard, I cannot access the homepage of my site? Not just homepage, but all pages.

I trying to disable all of my blocks that I set in this plugin but still have a same issue that I cannot access mysite and just loading.

Then, I trying to deactivate this plugin and I can going to mysite as well even Im being logged in at my dashboard.

This problem happen after Im updating to the new version of Ad Inserter plugin. Please help. Thanks
