Paragraphs don’t work on product page

We haven’t changed anything in the plugin recently (our last update was over a week ago) and the most recent changes that were made in v4.2.9 shouldn’t have effected what you mentioned.

It sounds like something might be stripping the HTML, so we have a few questions:

1) Have you recently updated your Theme or any other plugins?

2) If you briefly switch the Activello theme to something else, does that make any difference?

Have now switch from Activello to Twenty Seventeen (new installed, right now).
Have re-saved the product site + F5. Still the same.

The regular wp page is fine.

The only thing that I’ve done ‘between’ works out and do not work anymore, could be some “savings” in the UPCP preferences because I’ve played around with preverences > options > premium > lightbox. After this I switched back to “no” (Like I’ve had before).

Before (when it was still working) I’ve deleted one ore two plugins (which was still inactiv for a white) and also an older wp theme.

So timetable was:

1. Deleting some inactive plugins and an older theme
2. Everything works out fine
3. Playing around in preferences and save them
4. <p> don’t work anymore

Interesting is, that when I switch from “Text” there is neither a paragraph nor a <p>
but “Visual” (admin panel) there IS a paragraph.

I’ve done some tests now.

What I’ve figured out:

When I copy this html (from the latest working one) and create with this a new product AND save this ONE time, everything woks:

In all this cases <p> and <br> too are not working:

– I change something in the text (older or latest) an save it again
– when I create a brand new product, or
– when I copy the code from an older one (e.g. first product img “violet-buddha”)

I have no idea what I could do to solve this.

Yeah! Solved the problem by myself:)

I added an extra css code to the UPCP calalogue css:

.upcp-standard-product-page  {
  white-space: pre-wrap !important;
}
