    Hello,
First of all thank you for this plugin ! It is really good and easy to use !
Unfortunately on my wp site the “alert subscriber” mail is not being sent when the product come back in stock while the other mails are regularly working. I checked wcmail settings and the enable/disable box is flagged (enabled).

Also the “interested person” counter is not recording and the count remains stuck at 0.
I am using WordPress version 4.8 , woocommerce 3.0.9 , wc stock alert 1.4.5 and qtranslatex for multilanguages.
Can you please help me fix this issue?
    Thank you in advance

    Nick

@dmorton2 not resolved on my side yet
    Still looking for a solution
    Thank you

    Hi, here you go.
    WC version: 3.1.0
    WP version: 4.8
    WC StockAlert: 1.4.6
    PHP version: 7.0.21

@dmorton2 @nickolo Thanks for sharing the version.

We have tested the email functionality as per your version but haven’t face the same issue.

Will you please let us know are you facing this issue only for the
“alert subscriber” mail or you are facing the same issue for “Alert Admin” and “Confirm Subscriber” mail also.

    Waiting for your reply.

Same issue. Running the latest version of Woocommerce, WordPress and your plugin.

The user gets an email after subscribing to a size of a variable product. Yet, when the product is back in stock nothing happens.

The number of interested people for that product is blank as well. And strangely, all other products on that same overview-page are blank as well instead of showing 0.

    To update you:

I tried it with a simple product as well, no variations this time. Restocking by increasing the stock number from 0 to 1, and setting ‘out of stock’ to ‘in stock’ did send an email!

Oddly, before the product is restocked the number of interested people does show 1, yet the two products above and all products below in the list show a blank number. Starting from 3 products above, the numbers show again.

Apparently, every variation has to be set with the “Manage stock?” option.

For example if you have 5 variations, of which 4 have the “Manage stock?” setting checked with a quantity assigned, and 1 does not have this option checked but simply uses the “in stock” status.. then the ‘back in stock’ mail will not send.

So it does work. ?? Due to this specific way of use, and which does not allow mix-ups, it just leaves room for people thinking it does not work.

However, it does still have the backend issue with the “interested people” number bug. And the entire subscribe notification tends to load a bit slow on my site.. some might be too fast in leaving the variation before seeing the notification.

Still, a wonderful plugin. Great job so far!

I have this problem of the alert email not being sent. I have a variable product with 2 variations and both have ‘manage stock’ ticked.

I receive the confirm subscriber and alert admin emails. Just not the alert subscriber email after I increase the stock from 0.

The plugin is perfect for what I need as soon as I can get the alert emails working.

    WC version: 3.2.3
    WP version: 4.8.3
    WC StockAlert: 1.4.7
    PHP version: 7.0.25

    Thanks.
