What after adding like buttons on each post?

  • Hello Guys,

    IN each post i put like buttons for my website:

    https://lukaszjarych.com/Test/testowy/ this is example.

    Now i want to connect this like button with specific post on facebook.
    So when user likes post on facebook the like button counter on blog should be increasing…
    I was looking in google how to do it and i have no idea so i am sking you about help.
