Not counting pages

  • Top 10 is set to count “jobs” (a post type), but they are not being counted. How can I go about debugging/fixing the issue?

    Could you please try changing the tracker type to Query based and see if this works?

    Also, what’s your site url?

    Hi, Mine isn’t registering any top posts or pages so says I have no top posts on my blog. How can i fix this?

    @herlittleloves, I don’t see my plugin code on your site. Do you have Top-10 installed and then activated in the settings page?

    You might need to use the manual tracker: <?php tptn_add_viewed_count() ?> in your footer of the theme

    It actually started working so I didn’t have to do anything else. Thank you!
