Export Orders duplicates

When I export my orders to a CSV I’m getting duplicates of each order. Also, the column headings are not matching up with the contents in the column below. It looks like it parsed the year out of my date and made that a separate column, but there isn’t a column heading for that so that threw the rest of my columns off.
