Set Start Date

    Is it possible to set a start date for a level? I would like the memberships to start on 01.12.2024. All those who register by then will be members free of charge for the period between registration and 01.12.2024. It’s like a test period, except that this test period is not fixed, but lasts from the registration date until 01.12.2024.

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

    You could hook into the pmpro_has_membership_access_filter filter (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/hook/pmpro_has_membership_access_filter/), check for the current date and give them access from there.

    Alternatively, create a ‘trial’ level that has an expiration date for 01.12.2024 which would be free, and prompt members to sign up for a paid level once that membership has expired.
