Warning: file_get_contents – which permissions are necessary

  • Hello, I used your Plugin a while, and realy liked it!
    But now I get the following error *klick*

    I checked the file permissions but the file itself has 755 and the folders free-live-chat-support has also 755 as well as plugins and wp-content

    giving the folders and the zupport.php 777 would look very wrong for me.

    I hope you can help me out.

    PS: I am using wordpress 4.8 and zupport desk 2.1

    //EDIT: Even with 777 on the zupport.php i get the error in line 250
