alink major malfunction…

  • I installed the newest vertion of wordpress
    now I get this error when trying to activate alinks plugin…

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare alinks_bootstrap() (previously declared in /home/rants1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/alinks/alinks.php:58) in /home/rants1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/alinks/alinks.php on line 223

    I really need my alink…..is it not compatible with the newest vertion of wordpress…
    thank any help would be greatfully appreciated…

    Check with the plugin’s website (click on the plugin name in your plugin management page).

    already did that nothing there…
    hoping someone here might know what this error is all about maybe its a simple fix……way it looks I may have to go back to the old version wordpress..if no one can help….
