My trac account and my wp.org account are messed up

I just noticed that my trac-account ‘dominik.schwind’ and my wp.org-account ‘dominik.schwind’ are messed up. From trac it links to this profile: https://profiles.www.ads-software.com/dominikschwind which probably also has been me at some point way in the past, but when I log into wp.org I get to this profile: https://profiles.www.ads-software.com/dominikschwind-1/ – which is actually linking to the trac profile. I guess back when those two systems where combined something went wrong there. Is there something I can do to fix it and if not, is there someone who can?
