No emails being sent! Different domains?

I have the plugin installed and activated. I have the widget placed on my side menu and configured.
I try to use it using both my personal email addresses. I get the message saying an email has been sent. But nothing is ever sent!
Note that the email address I am sending subscription notices from (comcast.net) is in a different domain from my website (jeffdrake.org). Could this be the problem?
