Subscription Confirmation Email, Test Email or Newsletter not being delivered

  • Hi, I have configured Mailpoet and it was working just fine. It was sending confirmation emails, test mails as well as newsletters. But now suddenly it has stopped working.
    I am using my own website and PHP delivery method and I did not change any settings.
    Can anyone help me with what went wrong?

    Hi,

    None of the situations you mentioned is troubleshooting the issue:

    1. I’m using My Own Website with PHP Mail. When I send test mail, it says that it is successfully sent but I do not receive it (not even in spam)

    2. I’m not receiving error while sending a test mail

    3. My Newsletter/Test Mail/Confirmation mail – none of them are sent at all

    4. Tried checking my SPAM score by the method mentioned – It kept checking the inbox without giving a result.

    Please note that when I sent a test email from Settings>Send with page, it works and sends me an email that PHP mail works with MailPoet. But no other emails are getting sent.

    I have the same problem. No confirmation emails are going out, I’ve tried resending and still nothing

    @supriyawp get in touch with your host’s support then. They are better qualified to look into this for you.
