I did not upgraded to the latest version because I did see many un-answered question about unresolved issues.
But,since this morning I got these errors that caused my site to response in 30 seconds instead of 2 seconds as of yesterday.
BlueHost says that these errors are causing the time delay

Your comments please, It is the first time I’m seeing these errors. I did change yesterday some setups and I can not recall what I did…
    Thank you

  • Hi @axiosil

Sorry about the delay in writing back to you! That error does sound like it’s more inline with a plugin update failing. As that line is referencing to a missing file ‘sharing-service.php’

Could you please try to reinstall the plugin using FTP?

    thank you for the response
i never used ftp and have no clue how it works
i do updates only from wp
i’ll wait for the next release or, you are welcome to re-install it for me…

    Hi there,

Unfortunately it’s not something that we can provide. There are a few guides online that shows how to delete and reinstall plugins via FTP, BlueHost should also have a file manager interface on their dashboard which allows you access the files instead of doing it via FTP.

We could try reinstall via your WordPress dashboard, before attempting the above. Can you please login to your dashboard and click on ‘Plugins > Installed Plugins’, deactivate and then delete the Jetpack plugin. Once you’ve done this, click on ‘Plugins > Add New’ and install Jetpack again.

Let us know how you go.

    Cheers,
