    Hello. Is it possible to let the admin see all tickets in the front end, where the “see all tickets”-shortcode is placed? Instead of only his own tickets?

    It would be very beneficial to be able to see the ticket conversation in the exact same layout as the customer, rather than through the kinda complicated admin-panel. If he could see the ticket-conversation and also answer it from the same frontend as the user, now that would be something useful.

    Hi,

    Admin area design for admin, where admin can perform all his task.
    If you want admin can see all tickets and reply to them.
    You need to register admin as a staff member and assign him all permissions.
    Admin > JS Support Ticket > Staff Members
    Remember at front-end permissions will apply.
    Staff members is available in pro version only.
