• Wow! Need a bit of advice. I have been using UM for quite a while, and suddenly, the woocommerce endpoints do not work when it is enabled. Not only that, but to get them to work again after disabling it, I have to disable woocommerce and re-enable it and it’s payment gateways.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @gailsmusic4kids,

    Have you tried to do a quick conflict test to rule out conflicts with other plugins?
    How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Regards.

    I had to do a lot to find the problem. I switched to 2016 theme, woocommerce store theme to test. That was actually the first thing I did. It was a quick check to perform.

    It finally came down to:

    Only woocommerce activated (not even Jetpack), then activate UM, and whammo. Account endpoints gone. Then when I shut off UM, the endpoints would not come back until I first disabled then re-enabled woocommerce. I also found that it was interfering with any sale that involved changing of member roles. Sales that were just products or downloads were not a problem and went through fine. I’ve actually lost money on this problem, and switched to woocommerce memberships, but I would like to continue to help you debug.

    Hi @gailsmusic4kids,

    Are you sure you are not using endpoints on the Ultimate member pages?

    Regards.

    Positive. There are no endpoints on ultimate member pages, the only place they appeared was on the Woocommerce My Account page.

    Same issue here. Will there be a fix soon?

    hi guys, I have a similar problem with endpoints that is’nt working in woocommerce. Perhaps is a problem related to permalinks. Do you have some suggestions?

    @epasini
    They solved my problem with this instructions:

    Please go to the Pages section and create a new Account page then add a [ultimatemember_account] shortcode there.
    Don’t forget to assign the new account page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Setup and see if this solves your issue.
