File not going in mail

I have gone through this support thread and this documentation now my .htaccess in side wpcf7_uploads directory is

order allow,deny
allow from all

and file attachment tag in mail setting is [your-file] but still I am getting mail with only texts and not with attachment.

please help me solving this problem.
