Complexity set too high for human use

    We detected hacker activity on our site, so our webmaster installed and configured Captcha Bank for the WP Admin page, setting the security very high. So high that nobody can now login. How can we edit or disable this so that login is possible, then we can adjust it to something more appropriate?

    Hi,

    You can remove your IP Address from the blocked list of IP Addresses to allow yourself to login.

    Also, have you blocked IP Addresses or IP Range to stop from logging in?
