• Dear support team,

I am having the issue that on my multisite page which was saved and after this a re-edit of page url has been set. For any reason this url now is giving an Epic 404 error not able to use this url again, which I would like to. It seems that the url is saved in database not beeing able to use again, even if I re-/set permalink structure settings to post name and back to custom structure type.

I even have set the .htaccess permission to 755 to ensure is proper writing and the “RewriteEngine on” is also set within.

Now I need your help to solve the URL problem to be used again, instead of using just an other name, which then will work, but want to use the former error URL instead.

    BR, Alex

P.S. It also could be that our server has having a timeout while trying to change the URL setting, but still the same issue occur while trying to reset the permalink structur. As well we are using object-cache via redis and wp super cache as well. Those were flushed also for testing, but without success.

  • Hello wci,
Looks like you are using a multilingual plugin. Which? Is it properly configured?
