After installing the plugin, it broke my site. Suddenly the logo and other image assets were failing to load, including loading thumbnails in the media manager in WordPress. As soon as I disabled the plugin, the images came back. Reactivating the plugin again, the images break and return a 404. I haven’t seen other issues reported about this, so I’m not entirely clear why it’s happening on my setup.

    Plugin version 1.4.6.
    WordPress 4.8.
    Apache
Database client version: libmysql – mysqlnd 5.0.11-dev
    PHP extension: mysqli, curl, mbstring
    PHP version: 5.6.31

The OS on the server? Not sure what’s running on my web host’s end. I use WebFaction for hosting. Likely some flavour of Linux.

I don’t have any screenshots that would help. I deleted the plugin so that the broken image issue would be resolved.
