[Original Review] : It is very unfortunate that I have no option but to seek your response like this. I have been trying to follow up with WooCommerce via ticket but it seems they just do not care. I was charged $366 by WooThemes, please cancel and refund the amount as I do not want to use any your plugins, I have not downloaded them, the transaction was done automatically via linked account at WooThemes, my bad that I left my credit card details in the account.

There should be some urgency in matter of payments, especially when you’re charging clients “automatically”. I have not received a single response in last 24 hours. Please resolve at the earliest.
