Creating a searchable Database with WordPress

    Hi,

    Is there a way (or plugin) to create a searchable database on WordPress website?

    For example, a database of JPG or PDF files, with each assigned a code. When someone enters the code in the search field, the WordPress will open/show the JPG or PDF?
