search results page doesn’t display any results

Hi there, I just installed the plugin and added the shortcode. When I add searching it displays suggestions however when I click enter the results page brings only the heading of the first suggested item and no other results. Also the first product isn’t clickable and only displays the heading and Product code. Please help
