Favicon per page

Hi All

My blog site is hosted from a folder on another site we have.

I was thinking about maybe a Favicon to show when someone accesses my main page.

Of course, I do not want it to display sitewide for the rest of the (basically) unrelated site.

Easy to do with html:
<link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”/YourIcon.ico” type=”image/x-icon” />

But not sure how to make it work in the theme?
