“Email address seems invalid.” error

Installed this plugin many times, always worked right away. This time I am getting the “Email address seems invalid.” on all fields, even the ones that are not email address.

I have tried deactivating all other plugins and changing themes, nothing works. I have seen other people with this issue, but their resolution is never posted.
