One Page for user

Hello,

Is it possible allow (public user) register to wordpress and allow editing one page (Post or page). One user = one page.

All new users in your page can put your heading and personal data in body.

Or create new page (Page for user 1) and allow for this page only user 1 can edit.

Any simple solution?
