Media Library NOT working

  • Hi,
    You might want to try systematically deactivating plugins and testing image upload until you identify which one may be causing the problem.

    If you have an image re-sizer or thumbnail regenerator plugin, start with those.

    Yep, already did that. That was one of the first things I did.

    I had a similar problem a couple weeks ago and that’s what worked for me.

    If the image is actually uploaded and just the thumbnail isn’t showing, did you try regenerating the thumbnail?

    Ummmmmm … what do ya mean? How do you regenerate the thumbnail?

    There are plugins to regenerate thumbnails: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search/regenerate+thumbnail/. This won’t help if the image isn’t uploaded in the first place but if it’s just the thumbnail that’s missing, it might help.

    When you disabled plugins and tested uploading, did you clear cache and reload the upload page before trying to upload?
