    Hi,

    This is a wonderful plugin.
I have only a little trouble.
WordPress user name is case insensitive.
I can type in user name : Alan or alan or ALAN.
Do you know how to resolve this issue.
    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi George,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro and for the kind words.

Are you referring to your logging in process or registration process?

    Hi, Andrew,

    The logging page.
Registration is disallowed on the website.
    Same for modifying user profile.

On the login page on the front end when people enter their name it is in case insensitive.
Glad it is not the case with the password.
I use Theme My Login plugin for the login page.

Thank you for your feedback, this is a WordPress feature as I have tested this with a default WordPress install (No plugins active).

I have done some further digging and this is a default feature from WordPress.
