Mobile device help

Hello,

I am so stuck with getting my website to look right on mobile devices! I’ve tried turning responsiveness on and off, changing max width, setting responsiveness columns etc…I would like as much of the website as possible, but especially the first two rows of the homepage, to look like it does on my laptop, just smaller. I’ve seen it done on other website that have a similar homepage to mine but I just can’t seem to get it looking right!! My site it https://www.totalielts.com. Thank you!
