model list not display and photos can not add when using on the phone

Hello

I use the WP Car Manager seems work all fine but i see some few problem when people are using mobil phone connection to add a car
first problem are
when you choose the car maker you can see the list of them and you can choose any maker like opel ford and so on
after select the makers the model list are not appear with the list like the maker list and there is no way you can see any list of the models.

Second problem is when you try add photos of the car on the mobil phone are not working

please can you help ?
