Free Version is ok, Paid version is not what they advertise!

I purchased the premium version for the sole purpose of having the external/affiliate option as they indicate on their sale page. It’s NOT included! I even checked the code within the files. The only two options at the top are “simple” and “variable” … I would like to have what I paid for. Checked the “support” section to see if I could get some help… questions there are not being answered. Free version works, with extreme limits. Paid version doesn’t include what the say it includes.
