Category not excluded as per settings

    First of all it is a great plugin. Helps well for my posts https://theresonance.net

    However, the categories I exclude are still appearing in the front page.
    Can you please look in and advise.

    My settings are below
    UCE version: 1.1
    PHP version: 5.3.24
    WordPress version: 4.8
    Theme: Tortuga is version 1.3

    Will appreciate some guidance.

    This seems to happen with some combination of themes and plugins. I don’t have a solution for all cases and there are too many combinations for me to explore. Sorry!
