cannot identify css needed

I’ve been trying to use my developer tools to identify the css lines needed to take what I’ll call here the “top header” and “bottom footer” off of the drop down accordion title bar, but I’m coming to realize that it’s probably not me.
How do I remove these unnecessary bars from the title bar? This has been confounding me for a whole day.
