Few PDF showing older URL

    Hi Team

    I have installed Stateless Plugin.Although it has synced all my files on my google bucket and is using it to view images and pdf.
    But in some of the cases,even if the pdf is synced to the bucket,its picking up from my server as earlier.

    Kindly help.

    FYI:-
    We are using WP 4.7.5
    Google Cloud Storage.

    In the cases where the PDF files are synchronized to GCS – where do you see the old URLs leading to your server? Is it embedded within post body content?

    Hi Andy

    Thanks for the reply.Actually we post titles using the WordPress POST.In that it generates the url itself and it does it for all the posts.And we are facing issue with only some of the posts.I thought there might be issue with the sync so I synced the non-images files once again.But still the issue persists.

    FYI:-
    The same mechanism is followed for all the images and PDF’s.

    I can see the url redirecting to my server using the inspect element on the site.

    Hello.

    Can you try to reset up and re-sync everything from scratch? The issue is not common and we can’t replicate that.

    Or provide some more details and information which can be helpful to replicate your issue.

    I tried resetting up the plugin.When I start the stateless sync for images,it shows a total of 9000 images but when the sync is run it stops on 6800 without showing an error.Also if i try to continue the process,it syncs only 6-7 more files.
    The issue still persists.Kindly help

    FYI.Try checking this url and the url of the pdf on this link.We have stateless plugin running on our site.But the url in the pdf is showing the server’s url instead of redirecting to the google cloud storage.

    Hi Team

    Now I am not able to make any changes with the stateless plugin.I can’t even edit or make changes in the setting.Any click on the settings or edit is showing a blank page.Kindly help

    can you give more details, what were your steps?

    The plugin had a update showing in the notification ad soon as I clicked on update now and all things went wrong
    Its adversely affecting my website

    That was all I did with the plugin and it started giving me the below error with the wordpress.I was not even able to deactivate the plugin.So for now,I deleted the entire folder of the stateless plugin and things started working fine again.

    It seems something related to your server. We are checking to answer more directly.

    Hello @rishi2411, I believe we have a fix for the fatal error you pointed out. It will be included in the next maintenance release.

    If you don’t want to wait for the release, you can try updating the plugin code yourself. The fix is available for review at https://github.com/wpCloud/wp-stateless/commit/a98a20b940ed1c96f5e699437ab8ae58d5384d41
