Getting Error

    Hi,
    I recently noticed an error when the plugin is enabled and I click publish on a post, instead of publishing, it says,”do you want to leave page” When I click yes, it publishes, but then it goes to a blank screen with the name of my site displayed on the top left corner.

    When this plugin is disabled the issue is not present.

    I’d appreciate if you’d be able to assist me with this matter.

    @jewishtidbits,

    Make sure you are using latest version of WordPress (4.8.1) and Email Subscribers (3.3.4). If not, update them and then have a check.

    If still it is not working, then keep only Email Subscribers plugin active and switch your current theme to default WordPress theme (2017/2016) and then have a re-test with the functionality.

    Let us know if it works or not.

    I have the same issue. Using the latest WP and plugin versions.
    It’s became after updating to the latest (3.3.4) version.

    Did you try this :

    keep only Email Subscribers plugin active and switch your current theme to default WordPress theme (2017/2016) and then have a re-check with the functionality.

    I done it. Switched to Twenty Seventeen theme. I got an error:

    Hi,

    Thanks for following up,
    I still have the issue, though slightly different than before.

    When I click publish, the post publishes right away, but when I click add new post, I get the popup, “are you sure you want to leave,” when I click yes, I get the white screen with the name of my site on the far top left.

    Please update Email Subscribers to the latest version 3.3.5 as it fixes this issue.

    Let me know it if works on your end after updating to the latest version.
