    Hello, I recently checked my mailchimp and found it isn’t working. When I tried submitting my email it returned to “please select at least one list”. Though I have my site properly connected to mailchimp and I have defined proper form in forms section. Am using Boombox theme that supports mailchimp. Even tried uninstalling and installing the plugin but no luck.

    Hello @areebic,

    As the error mentions, you have not selected a list from your MailChimp account where the details from the form would be submitted. To select the list please go to the “MailChimp for WP > Forms” menu in your WordPress admin and then from the “Settings” tab you will need to select a list.

    Hello Harish, this is the main trouble that I have mentioned. I have set everything right. Selected proper list in form > settings. But the problem is not at all solving.

    Hi,

    Maybe go to MailChimp for WP > Mailchimp and click the “refresh lists” button, and then check again if the list is still selected under the form’s settings.

    Also check if there is any additional error in the log on the MailChimp for WP > Other page

    Can you please share a link to a page where we can test the form?

    Hello @lapzor, I have already refreshed the list. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting, and no, there is nothing in error log. I have a pop up form too. It is working properly with the same list. But the ones which are on pages and sidebar are returing to the error “Please select at least one list.”
    You can check any page on the website: lolgical.com. Forms are in sidebar as well as after the post navigation area.

    Hi,

    Can you please set error log to log “everything” and see if anything shows up?

    I noticed you have double opt-in turned off. Could you test with a fresh email address with double opt-in turned on and see if it makes any difference? I’ve seen some rare cases where MailChimp disabled signing up without double opt-in for specific accounts without any error or notification.
