Bugfixed Version Here

  • Someone has kindly released a bugfixed version at https://github.com/loudbel/WP-Random-Post-Dater

    It works for me with WP 4.8.1. No issues with either admin area or functionality.

    For those who want to know…

    I imagine those who saw lots of code generated in their admin areas after plugin activation did so because they are hosted on servers that do not support <? as the signal to start PHP. The bugfixed version uses <?php and resolves a WP capability error.
