Can’t run install.php

Hello.

I’ve uploaded the various files to the server, with no problem.

However, when I try to run install.php, I get a dialogue box which says “do you want to open or save this file”. When I click open, a new browser window opens, but then closes again straight away, and the dialogue box reappears.

Any ideas what I’ve done wrong?
