Unexpected results before/after using the plugin

Hello Jody,

Cache_Flo here, from WordPress SpeedUp group. I tested your plugin on one site but the results are unexpected.

Before: https://i.imgur.com/APCG5mt.jpg 2.20s – 119 requests.

After: https://i.imgur.com/bSm2QYT.jpg 3.69s – 133 requests.

The performance grade increased but the loading time increased by +50% and strangely, we have 14 more requests.

Do you think I made a mistake or forgot to tick anything? Here are my settings:
