Problem with shipping

    First of all – THANK YOU for at great plugin!

    Unfortunately, when I enter the cart page, shipping is missing in the ‘total’ table. When I add or subtract a product and the cart updates, the shipping appears in the ‘total’ table.

    I hope it makes sense. How can I solve this problem?
