    I cannot find whether or not this option is available.

    I have some blog posts with thousands of comments; I have the comment pages broken down to 75 comments per page, but, of course, that still produces a ton of separate comment pages. I don’t think a rel=canonical to the article is proper; does this plugin provide pagination for cpages (the rel=next/prev) for the associated article?
