unable to add new locations due to formatting issue

    Hi there, I am trying to add new locations to the Store Locator Plus plugin on my website longislandweekly.com, but when I click “Add” the spacing is off and I can’t see what I’m supposed to be typing in each box. I have tried zooming in and out, making the window larger and smaller, but the words are always cut off. And so is the save button, so even if I did figure out which boxes to type what things (Name, Street Address, City, etc.), I couldn’t save it anyway.

    I am using Internet Explorer, which I know is not recommended, but when I try to add locations to the plugin while using Chrome, it gets very slow and times out. This is an ongoing problem, so I always switch to Internet Explorer and haven’t had any issues until today. Even last week I was able to add locations no problem.

    I am running WordPress 4.7.5

    I tried to submit this question through the contact us form on the SLP website, but nothing happens when I click submit. Eventually it times out. I tried a few more times and got an error message.

    Since it is difficult to maintain two forums, we ask that people post on the main website.

    Your browser configuration can usually be changed under the Tools menu in any browser. If you have it as a display of 150% you probably wont be able to see all the fields. We have not heard of any issues with the internal back end display of SLP.
