Lite version fine but Plus version didn’t work

I installed the Lite version and it worked fine but is very limited. I paid for the Plus version and installed it but activation of any of the addons failed. The support was unable to diagnose or solve the problem and gave up very quickly. I spent several hours trying to fix it with my hosting support and our conclusion is poor coding. I requested a full refund within 24 hours of buying it. I have extensive experience with WP and have installed hundreds of plugins with the same hosts and this is the only one that wouldn’t even install. I’m now using Foo Gallery without issues.
