Rate Matrix is not visible in Shipping Pro (BASIC)!!

    Hi,

    This could be because of java script error, or the css view.

    Right click on the area where you’re suppose to find the rule matrix,->Inspect-> on the right column under Styles there should be a check box next to display none, uncheck that box.

    Let me know if you still face issues.
