Password protect post don’t work

  • I hope someone in here can help me with this:
    (I,m from Norwegian so my english is not too good)

    I have just upgrade from wordpress 2.6 to the newest version (2.7) But i can’t see any options for password protecting post in the adminpanel. Is there a bug?

    I have this function in version 2.6 so i just wonder.

    I have also tryed WP-CMS Post control plugin, but this plugin do not have a password protect function.

    Can somebody please help me with that?

  • In the right column, in the Publish box, you should see some text that says “Visibility: Public”. Click the edit link after that and it will expand to give you more options to make post sticky, password protected, or private.
