Any user can upload files?

    Hello.
    I want to give ability to upload files to all my subscribers. I mean any registered user can upload file and I must only moderate it (accept or reject). If I accept – file adds to file catalog, If reject – nope.
    So how it can be realized? May be some integration with Contact Forms plugin?
