I am having an issue with one of my blogs showing under the category instead of my portfolio entries that I have selected. How do I fix this?

For new issues, please create new threads. That will keep things tidy.

The only reason I can think of why blog posts might be showing up in a portfolio category is that they might be colliding with your portfolio. For example, a blog category called “weddings” and a portfolio category called “weddings”. You need to make sure all your slugs are unique.

Other than that – your site looks like a bit of mess right now. For example your blog is under /index.php/blog-2 instead of /blog. When I see issues like these it’s usually a signal that it’s best to hire someone to help you with your site – because you might run into even more issues that aren’t instantly apparent, like – for example, this issue with the portfolio. So yeah, think about hiring someone, just to get you going back in the right direction.
